  Went to dinner for a special occasion - 4 people. I don't mind spending a lot of money for dinner, as long as it's worth it. Our bill was over $400. Two of the dinners were the lobster special and the lobster was very tough and chewy and small. We did not complain because I was paying the bill and the other couple had suggested the restaurant so we were both too embarrassed. However, on the way home we discussed the fact that the lobster was inedible and I wrote a letter to LeSoir asking them to at least send a gift certificate to the couple whose anniversary we were celebrating. They never responded. Will not go back.

  Top 3 restaurant on Long island in my opinion. Great food with large portions. Not your typical French restaurant, it is country French. Same people own and operate it forever and with a very professional staff it is a winner. Go there.
